Merry was a much more systematic person before she came to Jollygrim
Academy. She had worked as an editor for a major publishing firm.
She was always on time to work, always kept her
desk very organized, and always met every deadline.
One day that seemed just like any other, a strange
looking book was on Merry's desk. There was no
author name on the cover. Usually, Merry would ask
her manager about the book before beginning any
work with it, but for some strange reason she was
overcome with curiosity and decided
to open the book. After a flash of
light, she found herself in a strange
looking place. Just then what
looked like a man made of tin
approached her and said "Hello."
Merry stood completely still. Then
a scarecrow looking person also
walked up to her and said "Hello."
Merry was starting to lose it and decided
to turn and run. Asshe did, she bumped
into a lion that told her to watch where
she was going. She ran from all of them
while screaming at the top of her lungs. She eventually
ran into an abandoned building and just layed down on
the floor while still in shock. A man came over to her
and calmed her down, but after that she was never
the same again.
